freezedriedbeefheart.com is a website run by Sniff & Shift LLC ("Sniff and Shift", "we", "us" or "our"). Orders started here are completed through Sniff and Shift's Shopify checkout at sniffandshift.com. They are governed by the store's Shipping Policy and, for any recurring order, pre-order or Try Before You Buy offer, its Subscription, Pre-Order, and Try Before You Buy Policy. This page restates the general parts. If anything here differs from the store policies, the store policies control.
Canceling an order
To cancel an order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing it. Requests after that may not be accommodated. Orders cannot be changed once they have been processed for shipping. An order that has already shipped cannot be canceled; use the Refund Policy instead.

Recurring orders
Every purchase form on this Site starts with one-time purchase selected. On products that offer it, you can choose Subscribe and save instead and pick a delivery frequency. That creates a recurring order on sniffandshift.com that renews automatically at the frequency you chose, at the discount shown, until you cancel it. Sets and bundles are one-time purchases unless the product page shows a Subscribe and save option. You can manage or cancel it by signing in at sniffandshift.com/account, using the customer portal link in your order confirmation email, or contacting customer support at support@sniffandshift.com or (267) 883-4431. The terms you agreed to at that checkout, and the store's Subscription, Pre-Order, and Try Before You Buy Policy, apply to it.
Pre-orders and Try Before You Buy
If a product is ever offered as a pre-order or under Try Before You Buy, the terms in the store's Subscription, Pre-Order, and Try Before You Buy Policy apply. In short, pre-orders that have not entered fulfillment can generally be canceled, and cancellation may not be available once fulfillment has begun.
Sold out items
When an item sells out, the buy button is turned off. We do not take orders ahead for sold out items.
Changes
Sniff and Shift may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted unless the law requires otherwise, and apply going forward only, not to obligations already incurred by completed purchases unless the law requires it.
